It comes as a competitor for the Realme Nazro 10, Realme 6, Redmi Note 8, and Samsung M21, in the 15k category.

Redmi Note 9 Pro, the Note series of the Redmi is one of the smartphones of the Redmi that gets updated twice a year and it keeps on the competition every year, this year it comes with the same kind of updates. We used it for a while and here is our review. Let's dig into the design first.
Design
Note 9 Pro comes with a quad-camera setup but it is placed at the center of the back so you won't feel any wabbling when you place it on the table like other Redmi Phones. The Flash is placed below the camera in a black strip which gives an extended big camera illusion. The back is more prone to fingerprint marks it is plain yet flashy.
Coming to the Front, the front cam is placed with a punch hole notch at the center of the screen at the top and a speaker grill with LED notification, at the bottom Note 9 pro comes with a C-type port, and a 3.5mm jack. The SIM card slot is placed in the left side top corner and the Fingerprint sensors which need to be used and the Volume buttons are placed on the right side. The Front will get a Gorilla Glass 5 and Xiaomi claims that they added an anti-oil and anti-fingerprint protective coating too. Note 9 Pro comes in 3 color variants - Interstellar Black, Glacier White, and Auroral Blue
Performance
Redmi markets Note 9 pro as "The Performance Beast" in their specification paper and in reality, it proves that it is true, it comes with some cool features at this price range such as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor with Adreno 618GPU. There were two variants that buyers can buy 4GB RAM with 64GB (Starts at INR 13,999) internal storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB variants. So with this, we played it a lot it is fine even with high-end games and even with PUBG and COD.
Camera
Redmi Note 9 Pro comes with a 48MP primary rear camera with a Samsung Isocell GM2 sensor, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 5MP macro, and a 2 MP depth sensor. Xiaomi Note 9 Pro comes with the pixel Binning Technique which means, that even if the 48MP is there it will be 12MP camera picture quality as default you need to change the settings for 48MP picture quality, but it is quite easy since the settings are available once you open the camera on the right of the screen with other modes of the camera like night mode and video, so it's not a big issue.
Battery
Redmi Note 9 Pro comes with a 5020mAh Battery. We use it for routine tasks like calling, Internet Browsing, as well as watching videos online, and the battery lasts longer. It comes with is 18W fast charger which is an attractive feature of Note 9 Pro.

Negatives
- In the pre-installed apps of the Redmi, there are a lot more notifications and you can't uninstall them.
- The punch-hole front camera disturbs or distracts when using white background apps such as Google Settings.
- It has only a 60fps refresh rate, but the gaming 90fps refresh rate is less than Realme 6.
